Navigate to the Support tab in NetSuite.
Click the NetSuite Account Center link, typically located on the left side of the page. This page may sometimes be referred to as 'NetSuite 360'.
Within the NetSuite Account Center, locate and click the Authorized Contact link. The specific portlet where this link resides may vary (e.g., 'Customer Center – Home Links portlet' or 'Quick Access portlet').
