The Items and Expenses subtabs can be reordered on NetSuite transaction forms through the form customization interface. This allows users to prioritize the display of either subtab according to their operational needs.
Navigate to the desired transaction form and select 'Customize Form'.
Click on the 'Sublists' tab within the form customization page.
Under the 'Items' subtab section, click and hold the 'Expenses' subtab.
Drag the 'Expenses' subtab to a position above the 'Items' subtab.
Click 'Save' to apply the changes to the form.
