Where Gurus Answers came from
For years, our NetSuite consultants have answered the same kinds of questions on real implementations. A saved search that wouldn’t cooperate. A CSV import that silently corrupted data. A client asking whether something was even possible in NetSuite, and one of our team figuring out that it was, just not the way anyone expected.
Every one of those answers used to live in an internal support system, written by our own consultants for each other, never meant for anyone outside Gurus to see.
We realized that was a waste. Thousands of real, hard-won fixes sitting in a private archive while NetSuite users everywhere kept hitting the same walls we’d already broken through.
So we opened it up. We went back through years of internal Q&A, checked every answer against how NetSuite actually behaves today, and rebuilt the ones that had aged out. What’s left is a knowledge base built the way we’d want one to exist if we were the ones searching for answers at 11pm before a go-live.
This is the actual troubleshooting our team has done for real clients, made public because it was too useful to keep to ourselves.
