Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Transaction Item Options and create a new Transaction Item Option.
On the new Transaction Item Option record, locate and check the 'Web Store' checkbox. This action enables the option to be displayed on the web store if it is linked to an item.
Access the relevant item record. On the item record, select and link the desired Transaction Item Options that should be available for that specific item.
