Tracked fields significantly improve debugging efficiency by allowing specific data points to appear as columns on the Process Reporting page, enabling quick identification of documents for troubleshooting.To enable Tracked Fields, follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings > Document Tracking.
Create a label for the field intended for tracking.
Return to the relevant connector within the Boomi flow that retrieves the desired field and click on "Tracking".
Select the label previously created.
Link the desired field to that label.
Save the connector.
Redeploy the process.After configuration, the Process Reporting page will display a new column showing the value returned by the connector, facilitating immediate visibility of tracked data.Tracked fields also facilitate faster document retrieval through search. To utilize this feature, follow these steps:
Go to the Process Reporting page.
On the Top Left, click the dropdown arrow next to "Executions".
Select "Documents".
Add a new Filter and choose "Tracked Field".
Enter the desired Field and Value to search for.
