How to Configure Default Transaction Attachment Formats in NetSuite?
NetSuite users can define the default format for transaction attachments, such as PDF or HTML, at both individual customer and global company levels.

NetSuite allows default transaction attachment formats to be set at two levels. For individual customers, navigate to their Preferences tab and select Email Preferences. Globally, administrators can configure these settings under Setup > Company > Email > Email Preferences, specifically within the Transaction Email Preferences subtab.

Solution
To configure the default transaction attachment format at the customer level:
Navigate to the specific customer record.
Go to the 'Preferences' tab.
Locate 'Email Preferences' and select the desired format (Default, PDF, or HTML). To configure the default transaction attachment format at a global level for all transactions:
Navigate to 'Setup > Company > Email > Email Preferences'.
On the 'Transaction Email Preferences' subtab, configure the desired default attachment format.
