How to Configure the ‘From’ Email Address for NetSuite Item Fulfillment Confirmations

NetSuite allows administrators to define the sender email for item fulfillment confirmations. This is configured in Email Preferences, under the Transaction subtab, by setting the "From Address For Emailed Form" option. Users need to control the sender email address displayed on item fulfillment confirmation emails sent from NetSuite. Solution
To configure the "From" address for emailed forms, including item fulfillment confirmations, navigate to the Email Preferences in NetSuite.
Go to Setup > Company > Email > Email Preferences.
Select the "Transaction" subtab.
Locate the option "From Address For Emailed Form".
Choose one of the following options:
Company Return Address (as defined in Company Preferences)
User Email Address (as defined in Home > Set Preferences > User Profile)
This setting determines the sender email address for all emailed forms, including item fulfillment confirmations.
