How to Add a Subsidiary Logo to NetSuite Customer Notification Templates

To implement subsidiary logos in customer notification templates, follow these steps:

Part A: Adding the Subsidiary Logo to the Template

1. Upload the subsidiary logo by navigating to Documents > Files > File Cabinet > Images.

2. Edit the uploaded subsidiary logo image within Documents > Files > File Cabinet > Images and copy the first URL provided.

3. Go to Setup > Company > System Email Templates.

4. Edit the desired Customer Notification Template. Ensure the page displays HTML Source Code (Formatted Text) to allow for HTML tag insertion.

5. Insert the HTML image tag at the top of the template, using the URL copied in step 2:

1. Click "Formatted text" to preview the changes.

2. Click "Save".
