If there is no Preferred Bin, all bins that have a quantity will be printed.
If there is a Preferred Bin, but that bin has no quantity on hand, all bins that have a quantity will be printed.
If there is a Preferred Bin and that bin has quantity on hand, only that specific bin will be printed.
