Solution
To resolve the error, perform the following steps:
Go to Setup > Company > Enable Features > CRM tab.
Under Marketing, enable the feature: Online Forms. Click Save.
Navigate to Customization > Scripting > Script Deployments.
Locate customdeploy_ste_sl_backend_admin and click Edit.
Under the Audience tab, in External Roles, add "Online Form User".
Save the script deployment.
