How to Resolve Missing NetSuite Reports from the UI List?
Users may find that newly created or accessible NetSuite reports do not immediately appear in the UI list due to a common caching issue.

If an Income Statement or other NetSuite report is not visible in the UI list despite being accessible via URL, the issue is typically related to the NetSuite user interface refresh cycle. A user may encounter a situation where a specific NetSuite report, such as an Income Statement, is not displayed within the standard report list in the user interface. This occurs even when the report is known to be correctly configured and can be accessed directly via its URL. The system's UI list may not immediately reflect recent changes or newly granted access.
Solution
NetSuite's user interface list can sometimes take time to refresh and display newly available reports, even when the underlying access and configuration are correct. To resolve this display issue, users should perform the following steps:
