Why Can’t Non-Admin Roles See Custom Segments in NetSuite Financial Reports?
Resolve an issue where custom segments are not appearing in the 'Column' dropdown of NetSuite financial reports for roles other than Administrator, despite correct permissions.

This behavior is typically due to a specific display glitch within NetSuite's custom segment permissions. To resolve this:
Navigate to the Custom Segment definition.
Go to the 'Permission' tab.
For each role that requires access to the custom segment in financial report columns, select the role.
In the 'Search/Reporting Access Level' column for that role, select '-Default-'.
This adjustment specifically addresses the issue preventing the custom segment from appearing in the 'Column' dropdown of financial reports.
